This foundation was worn for 2 weeks to give a comprehensive review.

Hands down to LAG for creating a wide range of shades especially for women of colour! I was like what? A drug store brand! Yess!!!
I currently use and have'Rich Cocoa' which is the 15th shade in the range. I use very little of it since it still is a little too light for me. I have to get me 'Dark chocolate' to mix and get my perfect shade. What I like also, is that the shades come in both cool and warm tones, so anyone can get their shade, even if you have to mix and match.

Application

Listen.
Listen.
You know the saying, "You have champagne taste but mauby money"? (Caribbean people should know this LOL) This foundation is just that! For $10US ($65TT), this foundation gives your such a flawless finish and so much coverage in just one pump! For a budget friendly brand, this foundation will have you looking like you are wearing a $US60 one! Not only does the foundation give you a luxurious feel but also the packaging, that is modeled after SmashBox foundations.

I applied mine with a no name brand buffing/stippling brush). I understand that it applies so much smoother with a beauty blender type sponge but I am yet to try that method out.
This foundation IS NOT A MATTE FOUNDATION! It is a LUMINOUS FOUNDATION! It will appear glowing on the skin, however, just use your mattifying powder or setting powder to mattify. It gives you and natural, flawless skin finish.

Wear

I must warn you, please you a little of this foundation and build on your desired coverage. I looked at reviews where people experienced creasing around the mouth but Im glad that didnt happen to me. I will however contribute that too over layering of this foundation.

This foundation gives you up to 8 hours wear max; at least it is the longest I have worn it. At about 4 hours into wear, I need to blot. A primer I used the La Girl Pro Primer, Smashbox Primer and Sacha Cosmetics Mattifying primer and the wear seemed the same with each of them.
If you follow me on Facebook, I did an experiment where I mixed the Ben Nye loose powder in Dark Cocoa to darken the foundation, which it did and mattyfied it was well. I got more coverage and a smoother 'blurred' appearance.

Freshly applied

You can still see my skin/pores but it looks so smooth!

**Dewy after 6 hours of wear. No Blotting **

Yes the photo was taken on a different day and I didnt get a change to take a before photo

Formula

Pro Coverage is not too thick and not too thin. It's Goldie Locks-ing. (Insert stale joke drums). As I said before this is not a matte formula it is dewy so dont get the feels when you start looking a little glow-y after some time.
I have not tested weather it is water proof, but hey, I live in a hot-ass country and I sweat a lot. My makeup doesnt shift one bit.

Final thoughts

Honestly, I have no fault with this foundation and I recommend it wholeheartedly. Again, I love that my chocolate sisters can get their shades without busting their pocket. Not to mention this baby has a PUMP!!! Thanks for the reminder Naomi!
JUST GET IT!
